Directors and Management Team
At the heart of NALURI Kreatif, NLI Education Sdn Bhd is responsible for driving NALURI Kreatif forward. In this core team, we understand that children is always NALURI Kreatif’s first priority. Children will need a happy environment to reach their maximum potential. Our mission is ‘Championing Happy Children Ecosystem Proficiently’. All players need to come together and give their all to create a better future for our children’s upbringing.

The Backstage Heroes
Our backstage heroes are always on the go. They provide the assurance that NALURI Kreatif will be able to deliver to the children, for what they come to NALURI for. Either from entertaining parents in email correspondence to face-to- face appointments, making sure the maintenance issue being resolved even at odd hours, sending supplies or liaising with suppliers or caterers, updating the website or social media, sharing NALURI Kreatif news via articles or graphics, tallying up the invoices or designing the new spaces.
It is also our responsibility to adhere and comply to the regulations from the ministry and local council, from paper works to budgets, from meeting officers to neighbours. The most directly related task from our heroes to the children is through our programme and quality unit. We are responsible for designing and upgrading the thematic modules, ensuring all teaching concepts and basics is being applied at NALURI Centres, and even for all classes to be well designed, arranged and light up.

Our Teachers
Teachers Core Quality
1. Student-Teacher ratio is limited to 10-15 students to 1 teacher, only. A relatively very small ratio for pre schools in Malaysia, but is ideal for all children.
2. Attends NALURI Teacher Training 4 times a year which covers NALURI Creative Core Concepts, Teaching Skills, Psychological and Children Developmental Theories and Personal Development topics.
3. Responsible for and supervised under Quality and Programme Department for teaching, and progress.
4. Specially trained for each NALURI Theme modules every year, including discussion, planning, and discoveries.
5. Obtains teaching permit by Ministry of Education which is compulsory to all pre school teachers in Malaysia registered with MOE.
6. Possess Degree Diploma, or possess adequate professional experience required and trained with skills for teaching young children.
7. Undergo continuous coaching and observation all year round, as well as yearly career progression discussions.
8. Warm teacher personality, supports happy children environment, and specially trained to communicate and handle young children.
